Energy Manifesting

We can’t control how something is going to manifest.  We can’t control how something is going to look when it finally does manifest.  We don’t know the bigger picture of how everything needs to come together so that we can attain our desires.  Only the Universe knows that.  It knows exactly how everything needs to come together so that we can have what we want when we are finally open to receiving it.  We can’t be fixated on something looking or appearing in a certain way when it does show up because we don’t know how it will happen.

Yes, it does help to be more specific when we ask so that we will attract things that more closely match what we want.  If all we ask for is a red vehicle, when what we really want is a red car, then we have to be prepared for a red truck to show up.  If the red truck shows up, but we don’t want to receive it because it doesn’t match our preconceived idea of a red vehicle being a red car, then we either have to turn our back on our desires or we have to be less ambiguous in the future.

The Universe has a sense of humor.  It’s going to do things we aren’t even going to expect.  And if we get attached to the picture of how we think something is supposed to look, not only can we miss out on wonderful experiences in our lives, but we can miss out on the very things we want to manifest.

It’s like thinking the Earth is flat because we can’t see the big picture of it from space.  All we can see is what is right in front of us - a flat Earth.  But when we look at space photographs, we can see that the Earth is round.  The preconceived idea of the Earth being flat is shattered and the reality is known.

We don’t want to disallow our desires from coming to us because we have a preconceived idea of how they should appear or how they should look when they do appear.  We have to be open to the possibilities.  When we insist on things being a certain way we miss out on the gifts that the Universe gives us.  The gifts are what’s important, not the how.
