What Are You Saying?

Do you ever notice yourself saying any of the following?

  • “I hate”
  • “She’s a pain in the neck”
  • “I am so sick and tired”
  • “I’m dying to meet you”
  • “I’m nervous”
  • “I’m pissed off”
  • “It’s too good to be true”

You know you’ve said one of them, or something close, at least once in your life.  Everyone has.

But have you ever thought about what they might mean?

Have you ever wondered what they might be attracting to you?

Could “she’s a pain in the neck” cause you to have a stiff or sore neck?  Yes.

Could “I’m pissed off” cause kidney or bladder problems? Yes.

Could “it’s too good to be true” prevent you from manifesting your desires or even cause you to unmanifest a desire you have already received?  Yes.

These phrases, and ones like them, aren’t just expressions or ways of venting emotions.  They contain an energy that can attract things to you.  And because they are often said with such feeling, they can very quickly attract things to you, often things you don’t desire.

So before you say one of them, ask yourself if that’s really something you want to manifest.

And if you happen to say one without thinking about it first, make sure you cancel it out.  Say, “cancel,” or something that’s the exact opposite of the negative statement.  Become aware of the energy you were sending out and change it to one of feeling good, being happy, appreciation, joy, and laughter.
